When will my planner ship?
Planners are available now and ship the same day.
Once your planner is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that it’s on the way along with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Well, of course! While your planner may take a bit longer to make it your way, we’ll get it there! We ship via USPS, but also offer Priority Mail. If you’d like another shipping option, just ask, we’d love to help.
How do the monthly tabs work?
The monthly tabs are printed and then laminated right on the monthly page spread. They are printed in color to perfectly match their corresponding month. For extra durability a mylar coating is added to the tabs to enhance their usability.
Do you offer customized planners?
We look forward to offering a greater selection of weekly layouts in the future(!), but for now we’re not able to offer customizations. If you have a great idea, please email us and we will gladly keep it in mind for the future!
Can I buy in bulk for my friends, my school or a workshop I’m facilitating?
For sure! Please email us so we can arrange the details.
Are the planners sold in stores?
Currently the Time & ToDo Planners are only available on our website. However, if you are a shop owner and would like to offer the planner at your store, we’d be super excited to hear from you. Please email us to discuss details.
What is your return policy?
All Time & ToDo Planners and accessories go through a quality control check before being packaged for shipping. Slight bending in the binding and tabs, small indentations, wrinkles, and slubs in the paper and cover are signs of a hand crafted product. Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of the planner, and are not considered damaged.
If an item has arrived damaged from shipping please contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the damage, a claim may need to be filed with USPS, or damaged items can be repaired or replaced. Don’t worry, we’ll work with you to figure it out!
All orders are non-refundable, unless items arrived damaged.
If your order is undeliverable due to address issues, we can either resend it to you for shipping cost or we can refund your card minus the shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. So please double check your address when checking out!
Order the wrong size? No problem. Simply return your unused planner, and upon receiving we will issue you a refund so you can purchase the correct size.
All sales on the digital planner are final.
